2. Eligibility and Registration

2.2 Registration Process

  • Date of birth
  • Strong password

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one z677 account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all deposited funds and bonuses will be cancelled. The same rule applies if multiple accounts are operated from the same household.

3. Account Management

The user is fully responsible for all activity on their account. It is each user's responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If unauthorised access occurs or a password is lost, notify the z677 support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

z677 may verify a user's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested during this process:

  • National Identity Card (NID) or passport copy
  • Recent utility bill or proof of address
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until KYC is completed.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

z677 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice for any reason, particularly if:

  • The user provides false information
  • The terms and conditions are violated
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • The user wishes to close the account themselves

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on z677: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Transactions may only be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Deposit Limits

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for all methods)
  • Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly
  • Verify the correct account number before making a deposit by any method

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Process

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes
  • Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts
  • Once a withdrawal request has begun processing, it cannot be cancelled

Before withdrawing, verify that there is no active bonus wagering remaining on your account. Withdrawals may be held if wagering is incomplete.

4.4 Transaction Cancellation

z677 reserves the right to cancel any deposit or withdrawal in cases of fraudulent or suspicious transactions. In such situations, account funds may be placed on hold until a full investigation is completed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit at z677, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (deposit + bonus). The wagering must be completed within the specified time after the bonus is activated.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Bonuses cannot be converted directly into cash — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met
  • Each bonus offer applies only once per household or IP address
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, z677 may cancel the bonus and any associated winnings
  • z677 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time

5.3 VIP Program

The z677 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

  • Bronze tier: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Silver tier: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Gold tier: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
  • Platinum tier: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP tiers depends on the user's activity and engagement with the platform. z677 reserves the right to make the final decision on VIP tier assignment.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Operation

All games available on z677 are operated by third-party provider software, including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution Gaming, Spribe and other internationally recognised providers. The outcomes of these games are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.

6.2 Betting Rules

  • Specific rules and limits apply to each game — these can be viewed within the game
  • If the outcome of any bet remains undetermined due to a technical error, z677 will make the necessary decision
  • If the internet connection is lost, any ongoing bet will be settled at the point where it stood
  • If an error in a game result is proven, z677 may cancel the related bet

6.3 Cricket Betting Rules

Rules that apply specifically to cricket betting on z677:

  • If a match is cancelled or abandoned, all bets will be refunded
  • If a result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, it will be considered valid
  • Once a bet is accepted in live betting, it cannot be changed
  • Bets will be settled after the official result of the match is announced

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z677 platform and any violation will result in immediate account closure:

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

  • Operating multiple accounts with the intent to circumvent bonus terms
  • Bonus arbitrage — attempting to secure guaranteed profit by placing opposing bets across multiple accounts
  • Attempting to reclaim funds through chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Using software, bots or automation tools to manipulate games

7.2 Other Prohibited Conduct

  • Harassment or disrespectful behaviour towards other users
  • Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform for an advantage
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions
  • Operating an account on behalf of a third party
  • Impersonating z677 or its staff to commit fraud

Warning: If any of the prohibited activities listed above are proven, all deposits, bonuses and winnings in the account will be forfeited. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Copyright and Ownership

All content published on the z677 website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of z677 or its respective licensors. This content may not be copied, distributed, or modified for any purpose without prior permission.

8.2 Usage Limits

z677 grants the user a limited permission to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. This permission is non-transferable and may be revoked at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability
